    Foreword

In a world where history is increasingly rewritten by the loudest voices rather than the most truthful ones, the need for factual integrity and scholarly courage has never been greater. The events of 1915 - often clouded by emotionally charged and politically driven narratives—have become one of the most contested chapters in modern history. This book is a response to that contest.

As the author of this work, I did not embark on this journey for applause or approval, but rather out of a deep sense of duty to historical truth and legal clarity. The Armenian allegations, which attempt to distort the historical record under the guise of victimhood, must be critically examined—not silenced, but scrutinized with evidence, law, and intellectual honesty.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to those who, against the tide of one-sided propaganda, have upheld the principles of truth and transparency. Most especially, I extend heartfelt thanks to the late Mr. Şükrü Server Aya, who stood like a one-man army against the relentless distortions of Armenian claims. His exhaustive research and fearless publications laid the foundation upon which many continue to build.

This book is dedicated not to offense, but to understanding. Not to hatred, but to justice. And above all, to those who believe that history must be written by documents, not by narratives.
